Sopris above Carbondale, Colorado. I don't want an urn as it may end up on Storage Wars one day. Here is a clip of my friend Ron Ricketts' send off. Sopris above Carbondale, Colorado. I fear that they may end up one day on Storage Wars. My friend, Ron Ricketts was given a wonderful send off by family and friends.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQpYPpMHSx8
Room with a fewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11504805745105709569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6378951568094138782.post-64576919740056398372014-04-10T14:17:30.953-07:002014-04-10T14:17:30.953-07:00Oh, this is wonderful! I hate the fact that my father's in the ground, much prefer the final roasting. But what then? Initially, I put Mike on a table in the living room, lit a candle every morning, kept fresh flowers in a vase next to him. The dogs and I would have coffee on the sofa, look at his picture, weep a little, and then go on with the day. When I had the living room painted, I was somewhat relieved to move him. Somehow that ritual was a trap. And I've not gone back to it. He rests now on a shelf in the kitchen. Not in the way, but there. And I KNOW HE'S NOT THERE. But ... I don't know. There's something about those ashes. And what next. I think you've given me an idea for another post ... xoxo sweet pea. lynettehttp://www.bigassbelle.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
