artificial flowers

For no real reason, except that I stumbled on this and think it's way cool. Like an old friend, albeit a slightly odd old friend. It's from Tenderloin, the 1960 Bock and Harnick muscial comedy about the miserable abused souls in the garment district. And before you peg them as miscreants, they went on to write Fiddler on the Roof.

So relax and emjoy. Who besides Bobby Darin could create such a swingin' tune about poor orphan children freezing to death in a sweat shop? Take it away...
